Our team completed the installation of a BAS-IP visitor management system today.

The BAS-IP IP Video Intercom allows visitors to communicate with residents via their smartphone even if they are not at home.

The visitor management side of the system allows residents to generate a one time pass for guests and delivery drivers. This is done easily via an App on their phone.

For ease of exit the team installed a free exit loop which detects vehicles approaching and automatically opens the gate.
