Mixed use development in Blouberg. We were asked by Bobby Prop Developers to design a 50 room all suite hotel and ground floor retail. 5 minutes walk from the beach, views of table bay and the iconic Table Mountain. Roof top pool, sun deck and gym facilities.

We currently designing an addition to a beautiful Victorian home in Oranjezicht, Cape Town. The Heritage facade is preserved and new first floor bedrooms are added facing the expansive views of Devil’s Peak and Table Mountain.

Facing onto a nature reserve dune landscape with the bright blue Arniston coastline on the horizon, with white village buildings between the dark green sea bush. The home was centred around a connection to the landscape, the sky and the horizon.
