Installing some Gates tommorrow, very very long gates, steel works & Galvanised steel , a little bit of a twist , as we don't normally do gates on a regular basis but there's always room for doing new things especially when we can learn & experience how to install gates & what not!!! &Independent

Finally finished up, still needs a little touch ups to do but so far so good client is happy with services & workmanship aswell as artisans...

Next Project : /Crib refurbish & Stabilizing cut fir & secure, re move rotten wood at bottoms ends fasten loose ends & restore furniture using my skills...

: current site Update busy with stairs balustrades, epoxy stone washed floors cement style gray flooring done sealed, although it still needs to be polished when all dusts settles down... before and after pics will definitely be posted for info and update purposes...



Currently im busy doing the stair ballustrades with raw sealed timber thhis is the skeleton of the ballustrades once completed which will be tomorrow pics will be updated nd posted... aswell as the loft that was converted from the high pitch roof into a man cave for our clients needs....

Did y'all knkw that Adding a Deck wooden deck onto your property raises its value mlre than bedrooms & extensions or tiolets.. hahaha funny but very true.. I only just found it out now recently, according to property experts This is what they Saying... Hard to believe neh well believe it! Cuase this is SD Building Projects not Ripleys lol...

So we've managed to complete the entire inside painting of the property inside, white walls and all wood velvaglo & PVA waterbase Easy Living Plascon.

Managed to completely seal all the damp rising in damaged walls, worked like a Bomb! Treated walls dried it out sealed it off locked out the water Problem solved! No more yellow & stinking rotten walls flaking paint creating bubbles & living organisms such as mould & mildew. Some alkaline solution mix waterbase mixed up with damp Seal aswell as styrobond works wonders! &Advice &A's -ask-Sdrprojects.
