Another apartment in same complex were the balcony tiles popping loose. Did some back breaking floor work to clear old cement off and redo the section . Some new cement and new tiles and original tiles that I could save. And you can't even see the difference.

Owner bought this new table for outdoor and wanted to protect it from the weather. I covered it with a clear pvc sheet and stapled it tightly down. Now it looks like there a sheet of glass on it. Also it's easy to wipe down Owner is loving it.

This flat was bought and new owner wanted complete renovation. From new kitchen backslash tiles. New plastic skirting boards., Dado railing all round as well as feature padded wooden panel walls. Blue sky maintenance can get it done. Even got new laminate flooring in bedrooms. And the final new coat of paint . Complete with all new furniture. How beautiful is this flat. Just wow.
