few of the product lines that we stock. We pride ourselves in fitting of natural fibres and consider ourselves as the experts in this field. All wall to wall fittings completed within 24 hours of acceptance of quotation in the Western Cape, In all other provinces it will take a while longer as we bring our fitters from Cape Town to complete an installation. All workmanship is guaranteed for 5 year after installation. We custom make rugs to size within 10 working including delivery. We can supply a list of 100% happy clients for reference on our products and quality of service. Our range also consists of Coir Brush Mats (door mats); Woolen Kelims; Oriental Rugs(Gabbes and Sherapis); Camel Hair Rugs; Leather Shaggis; Toilet Sets; Place Mats; Double Thick Juts Rugs and Jute Pouffs.

From a dream to create a sustainable business powered by dedication and hard work, Coirtex was founded by Rashid and Rabia who started selling just three items which launched the brand you know and trust today.

As the family grew, so did the business, with the likes of Zaahid, Tracy and Mariam joining the team and taking on various responsibilities to ensure that Rashid and Rabia’s dream and vision for the company grow strong.

Over the years, the Coirtex brand has made a name for itself in the market and our logo, “Flooring in Harmony with Nature” has allowed us to make great strides in the natural carpet and fibre world. Our logo is a key component in our vision and is synonymous with our brand in the sense that we will go out of our way to make our clients happy and deliver only the best.
