Bentre Property Renovations
My husband and I are first time home owners. We couldn’t afford much when we entered the property market, so we bought a house which we knew had numerous flaws. It was the best we could find within our price-range. After a year of living in our new home, the problems with our home had turned into nightmares. The crack in the garage floor had turned into a wide creek running from end to end in the garage. The cracks along the interior and exterior walls of the house had widened to the extent that they were threatening our property investment. My nights were literally strewn with nightmares of the walls of our first home tumbling down around us. We turned to our home owner’s insurance. They refused to help us. Instead, they threatened us, saying that we would forfeit our insurance if we didn’t sort out the foundation issues at our own expense. But since we were first time home owners who could hardly afford the house we had bought, we were convinced it would be impossible to renovate our house, at a price we could afford, in order to save our insurance. We requested numerous quotations from numerous builders/companies – all of which were far outside of the framework of what we could afford. Each and every builder/inspector who came to quote on the work required to restore our home, came up with a different theory about what the problem was, what had caused it and how they would fix it. Most promised quotations and then either failed to send the promised quotation or sent a quotation that would cause my eyes to widen in shock while my heart would crack further at the sinking feeling that we were doomed to lose our insurance, as well as our home. And then, an angel was sent to us! After months and months of hunting for solutions to our dilemma, Bentre Property Renovations rocked up on the scene to save the day. Bernard of Bentre Property Renovations easily identified the problem and offered a simple solution. He speedily sent through a quotation, and honestly stipulated every aspect of work and materials that would be required to get the job done. Unfortunately, the quotation was still beyond what we could afford (although it was the most reasonable quotation of the many we had already received). When I explained our financial situation to Bernard, he returned to our house to re-evaluate the situation in order to devise a workable alternative that would best address our building renovation needs within our budget. By the end of the day we received a second, thorough quotation that we could afford. Within days, Bentre Property Renovations had begun work on our property. The guys were absolutely amazing from the get-go. It was such a wonderful thing to trust the people working on our property so completely that we could leave the house open and leave our children (two rescue dogs) outside with the builders while we were at work. The dogs LOVED the guys. They would follow them around while renovations were being done to the house. The guys never complained. When unexpected problems were found during the building process (like broken pipes under the ground which were discovered during digging), Bentre Property Renovations sorted out each problem speedily and professionally. They kept us up-to-date on every aspect of work being done every step of the way. There was never a moment when I was concerned or disappointed about the work being performed by Bentre Property Renovations. Instead, these guys far exceeded our expectations. They truly are magicians in their field. We are entirely satisfied with the work they did for us and we whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone with any building needs. We guarantee that you will not be disappointed!
