He is personally involved in each project from getting each client’s dreams onto paper, and managing each phase. Johan Zaayman is supported by a loyal and professional team providing specialist advice and high quality service for every phase of each project – e.g. architectural designer and plan approval for proposed dwelling or alteration; structural engineers to ensure sound, lasting structures; optional interior designer to give professional advice to kitchen and bathroom designs, finishes, floor layouts and color schemes.
