Asparagus meyersii, also known as Meyer's Asparagus, is a unique and captivating plant that stands out with its striking appearance and distinctive growth patterns. This species belongs to the Asparagaceae family and is native to southern Africa, particularly in regions like Namibia and Karoo.

One of the defining features of Asparagus meyersii is its tall and slender stalks that can reach up to two meters in height. Cotyledon orbiculata var oblonga🌿 is a succulent shrub with closely packed leaves along decumbent branches that are not visible. It grows about 80 cm tall, branching mainly from the base. The leaves are green to glaucous, sometimes with a thick bloom and usually with red margins at the apex. It has tubular red to pinkish orange, rarely yellow flowers. Cotyledon orbiculata var oblonga is native to South Africa, it occurs in KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga, and Eastern Cape provinces.
