Farewell & Happy Retirement, Sandy

Last week we said a very special farewell to Sandy, who retires after 23 wonderful years as part of the Ferndale Nurseries family.

Sandy has been an integral part of our team, highly valued by management, respected by her colleagues, and known by so many of our customers as a familiar, friendly face at the cash desk. Over the years, she became the go to person for many of our longstanding clients and built beautiful friendships through the chats, laughs and everyday moments shared at Ferndale.

Her hard work, dedication, kindness and care for those around her have left a lasting legacy. Sandy will always be part of the Ferndale family, and we are so grateful for everything she has given to the nursery over the years.

Sandy would also like to thank all the wonderful customers who have supported her, chatted with her, and become part of her journey. She will miss the catch-up conversations dearly.

From all of us at Ferndale, we wish you a happy, peaceful and fulfilling retirement, Sandy. You will be deeply missed and always remembered with love.

And that’s a wrap on our Ferndale Colouring Competition!

A huge congratulations to all our prize winners across all the categories.

We were absolutely blown away by the beautiful artwork that came in from every single person who entered. It was honestly so heartwarming to see the time, care, colour and creativity that went into each and every entry.

From bright and bold masterpieces to soft and detailed designs, every picture brought such joy to our team, and made judging incredibly difficult, because they were all so gorgeous!

Thank you to every child, teen and adult who took part and helped make this competition such a special one. We loved seeing Ferndale come to life through your creativity.

To our winners: well done! Your prizes are ready and waiting for you at Ferndale Nurseries.
