This little sunbird perches here everyday and watches TV with us through the window. Must be the flashing lights on the screen fascinating him, he listens with such concentration....so sweet. The garden is still a jungle....a lush green habitat for some amazing wild life. We've had a huge flock of Trumpeter Hornbills visiting, the Brown hooded Kingfisher perches on the fence waiting for a snack to appear in the stream, the Fork Tail Drongos sit on a dead branch sharing an insect together while chattering. The Haededas and Weavers are nesting in the Bamboo creating a symphony concert while they going about their business. My days a filled in awe of creation and the detail of the food chain. Pesky Geckos keep us mosquito free, the Huntman controls the Geckos and lizards, the list goes on. Loving life here, so grateful.
