Wide range of species offered, suitable for multiple applications, with our primary goal being to drastically reduce the time and hassle of growing a mature hedge. Instant Hedges is a nursery specializing in growing mature hedging plants for both the private homeowner and the broader landscape industry. We offer a wide range of species suitable for multiple applications with our primary goal being
to drastically reduce the time
and hassle of growing a mature hedge. Our instant hedges are grown in a rectangular grow bag ranging from 600mm to 1m long and +/- 300m deep and wide. Each bag starts off with 3 plants grown side by side which with ample water, sun and fertilizer develop into a sizable hedge in the bag. When planted end to
end the effect is immediate, no hedge when you left for work this morning, on your return you have a beautiful semi mature hedge. Our hedges have been grown and nurtured for a minimum of 3 years greatly reducing the time it takes for a would-be gardener to produce a
fully mature hedge. The primary benefit in choosing an instant hedge is the time saving it takes in developing a mature hedge. We offer hedges for all situations and environments, sun through to shade, variety of heights, indigenous and exotic. Our hedges can be used for screening, adding impact to gardens or as a security barrier amongst all the other reasons humans like hedges. Each hedge is grown for a minimum of 3 – 5 seasons in its bag before it is ready for sale. The ultimate height that will be achieved in this period is dependent on the species and the
bag size it is grown in, bigger bags equal bigger plants. PRICE LIST
