WE ARE HIRING:

We are looking for a qualified Architect / Candidate Architect with a minimum of 3 years’ working experience to join our team.

Responsible for creating accurate, legible and technically sound architectural drawings and details for Local Authority submission and construction purposes. Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Requires a comprehensive understanding of building materials and systems, construction techniques, architectural detailing and the construction process.

We are hiring !

We are looking for a qualified Professional Architect with a minimum of 5 years working experience to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Creating accurate, legible and technically sound architectural drawings and details for local authority submission and construction purposes.
- Assisting the design architect in administering and performing the duties assigned to the architect regarding the building contract, including certification of progress payments, site meetings and inspections. A proven track record of attending and recording minutes of site meetings is imperative.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Requires a comprehensive understanding of building materials and systems, construction techniques, architectural detailing and the construction process.
- Procuring offers for the ex*****on of the works.
