A look back at some early concept work for a residential development last year in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai.

We had the opportunity to design a high-end two-bedroom apartment within an unconventional circular building form, with six apartments per level. These early test renders formed part of the design process, exploring different approaches to materials, colour and texture.

Conceptualisation for new parking in Fairland, JHB with construction commencing later this year.

The brief called for the integration of natural and green elements, responding to the existing terrain and allowing the proposed development to sit more comfortably within the landscape, particularly given its prominent visibility from the adjacent highway.

An exciting renovation underway for House E in Cape Town with construction planned to start in the third quarter of 2026. We are introducing a new detached entertainment room with braai addition overlooking the golf course and existing pool. The intent was to strengthen the indoor-outdoor connection whilst incorporating as much natural light as possible from a south facing position, encapsulating the existing fantastic views.
