Project Description:
Client wanted the classy look of the Overlapping Cladding Nutec (OCN) instead of the Flat Board Nutec (FBN).

-Client also was worried about having a cement floor citing that it doesn't handle flood well, neither can it keep moisture out. So we used ready mix concrete

- Client wanted a basic shell, citing that it was better to have a proper structure without shelves than to have a rushed job with shells, but will collapse in time.

We met and exceeded all their expectations.
