**VACANCY : Drill Rig Foreman**

**Position:** Drill Rig Foreman
**Salary:** Market-related basic salary plus commission

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage drill rig machinery and personnel.
- Utilize mechanical and hydraulic knowledge on heavy-duty machinery.
- Operate and maintain high-pressure air Compressors *Ingersoll Rand*.
- Maintain and repair truck air brake systems.
- Engage with clients, promote the company's image, and demonstrate strong marketing skills.
- Ensure high standards of work and client satisfaction.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in water well drilling.
- Comprehensive mechanical and hydraulic knowledge.
- Experience with high-pressure air compressors.
- Code 14 driver’s license with PDP.
- Proven track record with verifiable references.
- High integrity and good character.
- Clean record and sober habits.
- Strong client relations and marketing abilities.
- Must submit a comprehensive CV.
