The home owners wanted a custom-built vanity which brought a feeling of greater space in a small bathroom.

We achieved this by bringing the design element of a floating vanity which creates more visible floor space. This opens up the area as well as offers plenty of storage in the drawer. The vanity was paired with a modern sleek concealed black handle. The chosen colour compliments the modern bath perfectly (the skirt of which we painted a lovely deep blue)

The homeowners raised concern of too much heat in summer and cold in winter within their enclosed patio area.

Our cost-effective solution for them, was to provide and install an Isoboard ceiling under their flat chromadek roof.
