Preliminary design drawings for a small additions and alterations project in Cliffdale, outer west of Durban. The scope was the end result of a roomier house with an addition of a master bed and a standalone garage with maids quarters. We achieved this elegant design with modern finishing materials such as cladded stone and exposed concrete, IBR sheeting, large vertical windows and folding doors, completed the look with earth colours...
