We are a vibrant, creative, Franschhoek based building team headed up by owner Karin Cronje, well known TV personality and DIY guru on the popular SABC magazine programme, Pasella. Our proud track record of 20 years in construction, renovations and building project management has seen this company provide hundreds of happy clients with newly built homes and/or renovation projects completed in time

, on budget and to clients' and architects' specifications. Apart from undertaking the building contract work on site we streamline all aspects of the project, including delivery and installation by any and all subcontractors. This ensures responsible, experienced timing and management of all aspects and elements of the complete construction, audited management of all funds, and daily access to the management team by the client. Our company lives by the ethos of Recycling, Re-using, Re-thinking - both on and off building sites. This involves careful management of rubble on sites, disposing of rubble in a responsible, recyclable manner, as well as using eco-friendly products where and when the opportunity arises. All re-usable materials are donated to needy and worthy causes and start-up entrepreneurs.

Please beware of Fireplace and Chimney’s specials…this is a scam. I have paid in full for a fireplace and installation last year November for a client. Still no fireplace or a refund!
And now they are suddenly renovating the shop in Fish Hoek.
