BLANCH MEANS:
To put veggies in hot boiling water for a few seconds, than remove it and put it directly into cold water. To get easily rid of tomato peel without wasting, u can make slightly cuts around the skin vertically not whole through then taking it out from cold water you will be able to remove it easily....👍😊
