✅ What's actually included Is it a full clean (vacuum, brush, chemicals) or just a chemical top-up? Get it in writing.

✅ Response time for problems If your pump breaks or your pool turns green overnight, how fast will they be there? Ask before you need to know.

✅ Chemical costs , Some contracts include chemicals, others bill separately. Know which one you're signing.

✅ Cancellation terms , Life happens. Make sure you're not locked into something with no way out.

A good pool company will answer all 4 without hesitation. If they dodge the question, that's your answer.
