Sprankel Tuine is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Permanent Manager to lead our Garden Services division. The ideal candidate must be reliable, organised, and passionate about maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage daily garden service operations.
* Supervise, lead, and motivate garden service teams.
* Conduct quality control on all properties serviced.
* Plan weekly routes and ensure efficient time management.
* Maintain equipment, tools, and stock levels.
* Communicate professionally with clients and address service-related queries.
* Ensure health and safety compliance on all sites.
* Report back to business owner with weekly updates.
* Handle scheduling, staff performance, and problem-solving in the field.

Requirements

*Valid EB Driver’s Licence (essential).
* Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Good communication and organisational abilities.
* Experience in garden services, landscaping, or maintenance supervision (advantage).
* Honest, punctual, and committed to excellent service delivery.
