INCIDENT REPORT

Location: N4 between Marloth Park and Komatipoort

Badger Technical & Security responded earlier today to a single motor vehicle accident (MVA) on the N4, believed to be related to ongoing roadworks in the area.

Upon arrival, it was established that a Toyota Hilux had left the roadway after the driver took evasive action to avoid a developing traffic situation.

The vehicle traveled through a roadside ditch and along the fence line before eventually coming to a stop off the roadway.

Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported. The occupant(s) sustained only minor bruising.
The roadway remained clear and safe for traffic flow following the incident.

Motorists are advised to exercise caution when approaching roadwork zones and to remain alert for sudden lane changes, slowing traffic, and unexpected hazards.
