* 🌹 Rose: Bemes, hou dop vir plantluise en swamsiektes, en verwyder dooie of swak groei.
* 🌿 Grasperk: Sny gereeld, verwyder dooie materiaal, belug harde grond en strooi lawndressing waar nodig.
* 🌸 Plant vir kleur: Nou is ’n heerlike tyd vir petunias, salvias, pelargoniums, gazanias en ander somerkleur.

🍂 Deklaag: Sit ’n vars laag kompos of mulch rondom plante om vog te behou en onkruid te beperk.

☀️ Die ergste koue is verby!
Die son skyn elke dag warmer – en dit is nou die perfekte tyd om jou grasperk uit sy winterrus wakker te maak!

🌿 BEGIN MET GESONDE GROND

Breek eers die grond se kompaksie deur. Maak suurstof-tonnels met ’n vurk of “spike machine”

Het jy kaal kolle waar die gras se wortels nie behoorlik groei nie?

👉 Dien LAWNDRESSING toe en plant vroeg in September nuwe gras in die losser, gesonder grond.

💧 WATER DIEP – VOED DIE WORTELS

Maak jou grasperk diep nat en dien daarna GroGreen toe.

Dit help om:

🍃 Plant of the week 🍃

‘Chameleon’ is a low, shrub-like ground cover that only grows about 30 to 50 cm tall, and spreads reasonably

Chameleon’ should rather be planted in semi-shade since direct sunlight will damage its delicate foliage. This showy plant is suitable for hanging baskets or window boxes on a patio that is shaded during the day.
Words such as ‘fragrant’, ‘pest-free’, ‘low maintenance’ and ‘water-saving’ are used summarize the qualities of Chameleon.

In A Nutshell

Ideal creeper for small gardens and pots.
Also a good ground cover.
Easy to propagate.
