Something New!!!
We will be doing inexpensive(not cheap and nasty) houses. These are built the timber frame way. These houses takes a lot less time to erect, there is a bit of a cost saving. Everybody knows the cost of labor these days. I will also make a few options available to clients in terms of planning. I am negotiating to get better prices from other professionals on their services. Everything will be supplied in house at the end of the day. Options for my houses will vary from low cost options to top end Products. Container homes are unfortunately, contrary to popular believe, not a low cost option. I will be posting a bit more on that topic later. Attached are a few pics of what I intend doing for my clients. Keep one thing in mind though. A small house still needs its kitchen and bathroom as with a larger home. The cost of those per square meter would be higher for the small house than that of the large house. Take the geyser for instance. Costing R2000 over a 20sqm house is R100. Over a floor space of 100sqm it comes to R20 per square. This goes the same way for the Bathroom.
