This industrial warehouse was a dangerous challenge as we were changing rotten beams out from the top of this structure, approximately 15m off the floor. As you can see our team was making strategic moves throughout the process of repair... while holding their breath 😂.

We managed to seal and repair total of three interlocking structures good as new if not even stronger than the development giving us confidence in our initial 5 year guarantee on workmanship and material.

This challenge took our skill set to the test... the corners of these bay windows were completely rusted out. We patched the steel and filled the necessary areas of concern in order to guarantee the windows are now waterproof. We had to Re putty 90 % of each window and follow with a mid sheen white enamel coat.
