Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Johannesburg at Zebra mc, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The role requires managing daily construction-related activities, including budgeting, site inspections, and project planning. The successful candidate will work closely with teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and meet all quality standards. This role also involves the use of technical tools and software to support construction and architectural tasks.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for construction projects
Experience in Construction management and knowledge of on-site processes
Familiarity with Architecture and the ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
Inspection skills to monitor project progress and compliance with standards
Competency with Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
Relevant certifications or a degree in construction, architecture, or a related field is an advantage
