We are asking funds to improve our poor blacks people's lives in rural areas. To help our poor black people in our villages to taste a emancipation of our mental colonised by apartheid regime. We realised that most people who shop in towns especially in Matatiele and in Mount Frere they come to town each and every day to do shopping in hardwares , furniture shops, doctors. Some people came to do their small business by selling traditional clothes, vegetables, salons, Barbara shops. Those people exterminate ly they are about 75% in numbers they are from the rural villages sorounded EPIPHANY rural village. These villages are close to 30 Rural villages (EZILALINI) I mentioned EPIPHANY rural village because it is in the boundary of demarcation boundary divide MATATIELE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY AND UMZIMVUBUBU LOCAL MUNICIPALITY (AMA-HLUBI NAMABHACA. BOTH OF THEM THEY ARE UNDER ALFRED NDZO DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY. These poor blacks people's from who look leaves their rural areas to get some their daily needs in Matatiele and Mount Frere they wake up around 06:00am to get public transport to town after 08:30am they don't get transport to town. They arrive in town close to 09:15 as they travel almost about 3hours to town. What is sad is even if you get what you are coming for in town. You have to wait for public transport which leaves town at 02:30 pm ( late) travel 3hours also to your village. I'm talking about these villages (1E-EPIPHANY centre,2 Phalani,3Mbizweni,4 Lukholweni,5Ngqalweni,6Khesa Nyamende, 7Sidakeni,8Rholweni, 9Luphindo,10Fiva,11Mvenyani,12Tyhiweni,13Mkhemani,14Mpofini,15Zitapile,17Small Lokishi,18Gubhusi, 19Ngqumani,20Hlani,21Mhlutha,22Xhamini,23Mgungundlovu,24Mpungutyana,25Cabuka,26Nkungwini,27 Ntlabeni.And others. We ask funds to build this shopping centre in EPIPHANY village as it is in centre of these poor blacks people's in our disadvantaged poor rural areas. We feel like we're in desert. Like we don't vote we don't pay tax we don't belong in continental. Like as if we are feel like as we are reserved to be used for votes and as a cheap lebours of the town . Now we ask funds to make this shopping centre . Or even an investment to develop this shopping centre and we can help to attract big shops in town to rent to bussenes owners. We can take care of maintenance and security. We need this structure. 1sters with 9shops. Fluel station to attract customers, 9rooms of BnB for investors who come to look for business to rent . Rent from 1hour 1day week and month. Museum with art gallery to attract tourists, public toilets for public, rank for public transport, cheap tanents room 18 to be rented by Batchelors, 4family rooms to be rent by high classes of business owners. Hall for conferences to be rented also. Yard for maintenance tools. All rent will pay to owner of buildings Who build it. Just help us to serves local. You will put money once an ripe the fruits for life

IKHWEZI BUILT IN KITCHEN UNITS & WOODEN PALLETS FURNITURES would like to ask investors to invest in our rural areas at Matatiele . Our town with supermarket, fluel stations, doctors is very far approximately about 44. 4 killomitres. To take special car to town it cost close to +R1000 to take goods to rural areas. Almost about+20 rural locations sorounded my place. If road are wet we don't shop in Supermarket. We buy in local shops. Wich cost us with prices 3times cost compering with town prices. If you go to town is full day course you have to wait for Bakkies our public transport. Which arrives in town around 09:20 am. Although they left our rural areas around 06:15 am.
After they arrive at town they wait until 14:00pm waiting for passengers. Even if you finished what you come to buy at town around 10:30 am you're to wait 14:00 transport. Which might arrive around 17:30 pm.
There was a shop for whites man's there it was very very buy. It was made after Transkei independent.
NOW WE NEED A INVESTER TO MAKE THIS STRUCTURE SHOWS IN THE PICTURES. WE ARE 100% SURE THERE WILL BE NO LOST. ALTHOUGH THERE IS NO TAR ROAD. THERE IS ELECTRICITY AND WATER. Matatiele shops and MOUNT FRERE SHOPS ARE BOASTED BY THESE RURAL ELOCATION CLOSE TO 20LOCATIONS OR MORE. IF YOU ARE WILLING TO KNOW MUCH MORE JUST IN BOX. ME NOT TO TALK OR ARRANGE IN PUBLIC. IKHWEZI BUILD IN KITCHEN UNITS & WOODEN PALLETS FURNITURES is designing house plans in such a way that you can save your small land. The above house plan is 1room dawn sters for African ceremony for ancestors ( indlu ka Gogo to speak and communicate with ancestors.with veranda.
As you are going upstairs there is a out side toilet with bathroom. On top veranda, sitting room with aluminium folding doors behind. Which goes out to braai place. There is a normal room attached to double sters thus a kitchen for African ceremony where omakoti prepare meals for ceremony. This house plan is in a very small place. Which is equal as 2room space. Let's cevilise or rural areas. Our ancestors land. So that they can give us luckies
