First up this year is 93 on Fourth, a new 113 unit apartment development in Wynberg, in close proximity to Sandton. Work starts on site this month and we're looking forward to seeing the first tenants move in this year!

As we bring 2024 to a close at BI Architects and Space Planners, we want to express our sincere gratitude for your trust and partnership. This year has been one of innovation, creativity, and outstanding projects that have shaped skylines and reimagined spaces across South Africa.

It has been our privilege to bring your visions to life, and we couldn’t have achieved it without your unwavering support. Thank you for being such a vital part of our story. We’re excited to continue working together in 2025!

Our office will be closed from 13 December 2024 to 8 January 2025, giving our team time to rest and recharge for the year ahead.

We’re already looking forward to the incredible projects launching in 2025—stay tuned for updates and previews of what’s in store!
