Located between Long and Jetty Street, this proposed mixed-use development features 416 residential units, secure parking, and vibrant ground-floor retail. The design prioritizes the community by setting the building back to widen sidewalks and preserve the beautiful Long Street tree canopy, while creating a safe pedestrian thoroughfare.
