Pro Bathrooms was recently commissioned to refurbish our en suite bathroom.

We found Zak and his team a very professional group who really wanted our bathroom to turn out as we wanted it to.

Starting with the design, Zak guided us through how best to make use of the limited space we had available. Next came the shopping list and here again we were walked through the various options of style, colour, quality and price.

Installation was always going to be a challenge for us, but the very professional installation team nursed us through this stressful period. From start to finish, the noise and dust was kept to a minimum, and our house was always cleaned at the end of the day. The fact that Pro Bathrooms stuck to their delivery date also helped immensely.

To Whom it may concern,

Going through a home renovation is never easy and knowing that we had to completely overhaul our only bathroom made us dread the process even more.

We didn’t know where to start with sourcing and selecting a contractor and were extremely nervous about a contractor not completing the job. We went to Bathroom Bizarre one Sunday morning just to have a look around and they recommended that we contact Zak from Pro Bathrooms.

After meeting Zak for the quotation, we knew that we were in safe hands and the process kicked off seamlessly from there. Zak met us at Bathroom Bizarre to help finalise the tile and fittings choice and
quantities. 2 weeks later, his team arrived to completely gut our old and dated bathroom and began working their magic.

What a professional team! They worked methodically and with the minimum mess, ensuring that there was no rubble left lying around each day. They were extremely considerate towards the rest of
our home and even made sure that out little dogs were always safe and inside. They kept us informed daily of their progress so that we could manage expectations, and they stuck to their timeline.

The finished product is far better than we could ever have imagined! The tiling is perfect, the cornices and ceiling are seamless, the fixtures and fittings have been installed to perfection and best of all, there were no snags to report.
