Ever wanted to live and work in the tranquil, leafy suburbs without the commute?

Here’s an example of a ‘live-work village’ in one of Johannesburg's older suburbs that can generate between R25k – R75k gross a month. Flexibility in unit design allows for a combination of rental and studio spaces.

Our mini-workshop will guide you on how to build ADUs on your property to generate a steady rental income. Learn about municipal by-laws, and practical tips to enhance your property value and your neighbourhood.

These are a few exterior shots of the Corbelled House in Stuurmansfontein. The design of the house is rumoured to be inspired by indigenous dwellings, as well as Portugese, French, or Italian structures of a similar construction.
