All Protection Officers are registered with the private security industry regulatory authority (PSIRA). Goodwill Protection Services is a member of PSIRA and complies with the following:

-Basic Conditions of employment Act (BcoEA)
-All Security and Event Officers must undergo
skills level training 1 to 5 and Event Management under the New SASETA Act. Code of Conduct
All Goodwill Protection Services personal shall conform to the following principles:
They shall be neat and clean and their uniform shall be in excellent condition and appropriately worn. Whilst in complete uniform and on duty, officers shall not assume a slouchy or lounging posture, whether sitting or standing. The Supervisor shall at times maintain a professional appearance whilst they preform daily site visits, during which they must check all equipment and respond accordingly to any and all reported INCICENTS. While on site the Supervisor and ops manager are responsible for the handing out of memos and receiving memos from guards. All our event officers adhere to the following:
-Smoking is strictly forbidden in public.
-Guards shall never smoke whilst attending to patrons or clients.
-Eating is strictly forbidden in public view.
-All Security and Event Officers must undergo skills level training 1 to 5 and Event Management under the New SASETA Act. Services Offered:
