The role includes project administrative support, maintaining HSE compliance and safety files, as well as general office and project administration duties.

Requirements:
-Full-time / half day
-Age: 30 – 60 years
-Relevant administrative and project administration experience
-Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Ability to coordinate and manage meetings (agenda preparation, scheduling, follow-ups, action tracking, and documentation of key outcomes)
-Strong communication and presentation skills (confident and professional verbal communication)
-Basic understanding of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) principles and maintenance of safety files
-Experience in maintaining and updating project documentation and compliance records

-Valid driver’s license and own transport
