We took Bonnie to our local vet this week and got some meds - including this Cod Liver Oil for her food which she is thrilled about!

We much prefer this vet to the three Western Cape vets that we had previously worked with, so that’s a win!

And she’s keen to work with us to figure it out long term. So we have hope ☺️

The vet commented that she was surprised at how happy Bonnie is despite her skin issue - which is exactly why we’ve never considered euthanasia. She definitely hasn’t lost her will to live, so we will keep trying our best to help her.

He used some wire that we had picked up off the side of the road to prevent it entangling wildlife - double win!
