SCAMMER ALERT - FALSE 📣📣📣
Hi guys, so I have been selling Clivias for over 7 years and Hoyas for over 3 years.
Since PUDO started I always used them and the service has been very good overall. Had 1 incident were the clients box was taken out and placed in a Locker 15 minutes away, but I recovered it and quickly resent
I ALWAYS send only on Mondays and the latest Tuesdays to ensure the plants do not sit in the boxes to long. Seeds, I send any day of the week as they can sit for long periods.
Last week my final orders for the Hoya season closed and I sent all the boxes. I always track from my side as time is ticking.
Heaven behold at 6pm on Monday night the boxes were still in the lockers. I went here to add another box and saw the boxes were offline. I then immediately started contacting The courier guy and PUDO. They confirmed the lockers are offline and no one can access untill fixed. (Screen shot of what's app messages attached). I was devastated and so stressed because if I could not get those boxes out after 2 full days of sun in a steel heat box it will be the end of those plants.
Long story - short, I paid the one petrol attendant who knows me kinda, well to give me a please call me as soon as he sees The courier guy van stop there. Which he did and I could get the boxes back. I then created a PUDO what's app group to inform the clients of the situation. (Screen shots attached) Once I got the new waybills that Sunday, I sent it through to the clients.
I opened the boxes assessed all the plants and gave them very special treatment untill Friday and repackaged on Sunday to send again
PUDO refunded me for the boxes but froze my account for 6 days untill refund was done, so on top of everything I had to open a new account as well.
Even after advising the clients the situation I still had a client shouting SCAM all over my page and another client that hangs around just to make ill comments, by the way who also stated she was fully refunded. I do not send plants that are fragile/weak or not tip top and then rather refund.
Below are all the evidence of the PUDO problems as well as the communication I sent to advise everyone that there was a huge problem.
All orders has been delivered, 1 is still in transit and I will contact that client personally in the morning and 1 lady whom hopefully I will have a ride along for her/mother's 2 plants to the pharmacy in her town on Thursday this week.
This is my hobby not business and I do it for the love of plants I have, not for the money and I do not have the energy to get falsly accused.
