2F Townhouses - Flavedo Estate, Golf View. Nelspruit. Occupying a 355sqm site, the project has a small footprint but makes a large impact by minimizing its effects on neighbouring properties. The plan revolves around establishing a ‘community’ as the focal point of the building.

The aim is to ensure the financial sustainability of the development, benefiting the two independent owners and securing its value as a retirement asset. Based on this, the intent of the development is to enhance the surrounding properties. Its layout and ideals prioritize creating a united community atmosphere while still ensuring privacy for the two occupants and respect for neighbours.

Bushbaby Valley Lodge - New Clubhouse/ Restaurant & Spa. The project involved the creation of a new timber deck on the edge of the river for outdoor activities & functions. A new pool and timber deck was built at the Spa building, further enhancing the spa experience.

Bushbaby Valley Lodge - New Clubhouse/ Restaurant & Spa. Had the opportunity to design the new restaurant building after having been responsible for the design of the new Reception Building. The design continued with the ideas first introduced at the reception building, with a minimal palette of materials.

House 44 - Flavedo Estate, Golf View. We had a great opportunity to design this project on a 355m2 stand. Project Spec. - 3x Car Garage, Lounge, Dining, Kitchen, Scullery, Covered Patio, 4x Bedrooms, 4x bathrooms, 1x Study. Construction starts in 2024. 🙏
