This elegant contemporary house design is situated in the heart of Kranspoort Vankansiedorp, surrounded by rugged mountains and lush indigenous bushveld, which is home to a diverse array of plants, birds, and wildlife. It is also just a few minutes away from the scenic Loskop Valley and dam.
The house features three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, along with a study, a spacious kitchen, and generous living areas. Additional highlights include a scullery, a pantry, an enclosed braai area, and five garages. The living areas and the main bedroom open onto a private garden area that includes a pool and a boma. The front of the house is designed without boundaries to allow for the free movement of wildlife.
