Borehole Drilling Supervisor - Lead From the Ground Up!
Do you have a passion for precision and a proven track record in the drilling industry?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Borehole Drilling Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of drilling operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project specifications.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a crew of drillers, ensuring safe and productive work practices.
Oversee all drilling activities, from site preparation to completion.
Monitor drilling progress, interpret geological data, and make adjustments as needed.
Conduct thorough equipment inspections and ensure proper maintenance procedures are followed.
Maintain accurate records of drilling operations, including logs and well completion reports.
Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Borehole Drilling Supervisor or similar role.
Proven understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
Strong knowledge of drilling methods, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
Valid Code 14 Drivers Licence.
Sober habits and a commitment to safety.
