Join us for a delightful morning in the company of grower and floral designer, Morkel Pienaar, to learn the tricks of the trade when planting up containers with spring bulbs for a long flowering, continuous succession of blooms.

🌼🪻🌼 Spring Bulbs - JUST IN 🌼🪻🌼 at Living Spaces Nursery

Now is the 👌 time to plant your spring -flowering bulbs, as the soil is still warm and the bulbs can develop roots and become established before becoming dormant in winter.

Why plant spring bulbs? They will add a much needed and welcome splash of colour to your garden early on in the season before the other perennials and shrubs have got going with their blooms. Bulbs like Hyacinths are highly fragrant so be sure to plant at the front of your garden borders or in pots right near your outdoor living areas. With a bit of planning you can extend their flowering time for a good 3 months ☺️

And there’s no denying it - for a true show stopper come spring - PLANT EN MASSE 🌼🌼🌼

It’s that time of the year again! Time to revel in all things creative 🎨👩🏼‍🎨🎨

Join us at Living Spaces for an entire morning, celebrating not only our magestic Fynbos Floral Kingdom but the therapeutic joys of art.

To start an informative talk by followed by a fun, creative ceramic workshop with the delightful Mashca from Nanamma Ceramic Studio, who will guide you through the process of creating your very own fynbos ceramic treasure.

All materials are included in the price. There will be a short break between the talk and the ceramic workshop where refreshments will be available to purchase off Barrington’s regular menus.

What better way to celebrate Arbor Week than give our giant lady some much needed TLC.

So thrilled to have found such an incredibly knowledgeable tree surgeon / tree doctor in the area. Vernon will be with us for a few days - feeding, trimming and treating our Erythrina Caffra. Unfortunately, she has been targeted and stripped of her bark on 3 separate occasions making her vulnerable to pests.

Whoever is doing the stripping - please stop putting this magnificent beauty at further risk 🙏❤️🙏
