Vi****or motors.

The attached image shows hydraulic vi****or motors being installed on a mobile screening plant during assembly.

Manufactured entirely in-house by MSi Systems & Technologies Pty Ltd , the vi****or motors are responsible for inducing targeted vibration at very specific frequencies, and transmits the vibration into parts of the mobile plant to allow for a controlled feed of bulk materials.

This is achieved through the use of eccentric weights, fitted and installed at a specific angle, and rotated at a defined velocity.

A conveyor belt pulley is one of the major components for a conveyor belt and significantly affects the operation of a conveyor belt system.

Typically, conveyor belt pulleys are fitted or lined with a rubber compound material on the outer faces to allow for better traction and training of conveyor belt systems. This rubber lining or rubber strips are also called "lagging".

Without the outer rubber lining or lagging applied, a whole range of problems can occur with your conveyor belt.
