Trespasser found on Blouberg Primary School has been arrested! This morning, we received a call from the school informing us that there was a suspect on the premises. Our Supervisor Ashwell and Officer Sekete quickly responded and it was discovered that this person was warned many times not to sleep on school premises. He was caught this morning and handed over to SAPS. The school was very pleased with our quick response. Our community is our top priority, and we will always ensure that your safety is in our best interest.

The Benefit shall be limited to the following procedures:

It is said you will only be able to claim 10% of your provident fund and not claim more than R30000 in total.

If you got 60k in your savings you will only get 10% (while still working once yr) .

60 000/100=[600]
Then [600] × 10= R6000

Back in 2020/2021 when the whole world experience covid, workers made demand since people couldn't work regularly some were laid off some never received their payment in full.the idea of getting portion out of their savings actually didn't start during covid but has been there since ever

Workers(globally) then suggested that governments allow them to take portion of money from their retirement savings(provident/pension).

South African Labour forum/government decided the idea will not work then,and suggested that the best can be done is allow workers to get something out of uif and with terms.
All that happened but again workers came back and claimed that the uif was not enough based on debt covid cost .uif had limitation werels workers didn't want that.

Labour forum(unions & bargaining council) then approached nedlac still asking government allow them atleast take portion, government listened and granted them permission to get portion with terms.remember it is government responsibility to make sure that people save for pension/retirement.
The suggestion of taking half of what you have were there but based on the rule that workers should save for retirement that was not possible.we not talking on behalf of government on this but they had a point,two provident fund or pension fund saving are taxed whenever you make withdrawals .

It was then agreed that workers should rather be be allowed to take portion each year( 10%). government agreed but still set limitations (you cannot take more than 30k).
Public comments were taken on the matter and gazzete was drafted based on comments made by workers and nation at large.

Now part of you in this page suggest taking portion was not their idea ,and individual they never suggested(mind do they do not read labour bulletin).
Part of you suggest that provident should never deducted,some even suggest each individual should do it voluntarily(sorry but thinking capacity incinci Lana),how many people will actually do that.how many
