Two Tarts Catering & sales cupcakes, birthday& wedding cakesAsk for a quote please! I decided to try my hand at making jam. I love recycling and abhor waste.

One day, there were a box of apricots….well anyway, I managed to find some that someone had hanging on their tree and thought what I would do with them. Four years later, I have gone from giving away my jam to a thriving business where I enjoy concocting new and interesting combinations for jams, pickles, preserves and butters pure honey, nuts and seeds; the list just keeps on giving! So, wherever

I find a tree full of fruit bursting at the seams, I stop and enquire to relieve the poor plant of its aching limbs. I source nuts and seeds in a similar fashion, fallen from the tree or ready for the picking. I use recycled bottles obtained locally through an NPO organization via donation and love supporting my “local is lekker!” All preserving processes utilize either lemon juice, sugar, or herbs and hot bottling methods for sterilization. I decorate my product with pretty “lappies” just like my Ouma used to and even those are recycled scraps. Enjoy the flavour, goodness and know it is done with much love and consideration for you and nature alike.
