We have become aware of a new modus operandi employed by criminals whereby a tool is used to make a hole in the cover of a gate motor, specifically a D-Series operator, with the hole then being used to gain access to the gate motor’s test/run button, which in turn triggers the gate to open, giving the criminal access to the property. To this end, we have created an SOP explaining how to disable the test/run button so that it can no longer be used to activate the operator. Should you require any assistance in disabling the button, please give our technical support team a call on 084 777 1238
