Renovatus (Pty) Ltd is owned and managed by Nico van der Merwe. I decided in late 2012 to leave the corporate environment and accounting / auditing practices to engage my entrepreneurial skills and venture into the Home Renovations and Construction Industry. I started working jointly with Home Solutions (Pty) Ltd and Build and Woodpro in 2013 on small project
s and gathered experience, however the quality workmanship and attention to detail resulted in an ever increasing level of work from referrals to start Renovatus (Pty) Ltd in January 2016. The company was founded with one vision in mind – through providing quality workmanship and attention to detail to customers, I assure a superior finished product is delivered. Renovatus specialize in all kinds of commercial and residential home improvements and we pride ourselves on our ability to form productive relationships with our customers and trade partners. We operate mainly in North West and Gauteng but take on projects nationwide. Renovatus offers a wide range of services with professional care and supervision. The key services we offer include:

We do any painting projects, big or small, inside or outside! Our painters prepare the surface area thoroughly and inspect all areas prior to covering for damages and potential bad areas. We also do waterproofing on roofs, gulley’s and floors. All painting projects are performed by qualified painters and supervision provided continuously to ensure the highest quality work is performed. Site clean-up and removal of materials after completion of the paint project is ensured.
