Poor installation always costs more in the long run.

This project required the removal of damaged material caused by shortcuts taken during the previous installation — from untreated floor cracks to cardboard affected by moisture.

We don’t believe in shortcuts. We believe in proper preparation, quality workmanship, and flooring solutions built to last.

What started as a simple flooring installation quickly turned into a deeper process once our team arrived on site.

The client had already purchased their own flooring material and needed us to handle the installation. But during inspection, we discovered excessive moisture on the floor — something that could have compromised the entire installation if ignored.

Before we could even begin with the flooring, we first had to install a moisture barrier to protect the floor long-term. After that, we proceeded with the self-levelling screed to create the perfect foundation for the final installation.

The preparation stage is now complete ✔️

From terracotta tiles to a clean, level foundation 🔧

Removing the old tiles dropped the floor level — so we had to build it back up with a topping, then apply a self-leveling screed to get that perfect finish.
