Established in 2011 the Cornice Maker identified an opportunity in the market to provide contractors with access to locally produced, affordable cornices with a focus on quality and performance over a longer period of time. Our philosophy of “The Perfect Finish” demonstrates our consistent commitment to improve production processes, source only the best quality materials, provide excellent service
as well as always looking at ways to innovate. Our products have become very popular amongst both small and large contractors as well as hardware retailers in Gauteng who wanted to stock our products. Our focus began to shift more towards retail distribution and today we are supplying retailers across South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Botswana, Namibia and even as far as Zambia. Our innovative display methods and packaging has proven to be a great sales enabler for our customers and as a result are able to serve the end user with a great variety of well positioned and packaged products at very affordable price points. In addition to our standard retail products we also assist architects and developers with bespoke designs that we are able to produce in small or large quantities. Our in-house design team are able to assist with any design and BOQ requirements. We boast a production capacity which can consume over one thousand cubic metres of polystyrene per month. We are proud of the fact that we do not send any waste polystyrene to landfills as 100% of our waste is recycled via various moulding extruders in South Africa. All our products are considered environmentally friendly, are fire re****ed and safe to use.
