Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Identify new business opportunities and grow client relationships
• Prepare and present quotations and technical proposals
• Conduct client site visits and assessments
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales
Project Management:
• Oversee the ex*****on of glass and aluminium projects (windows, doors, shopfronts, etc.)
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to meet deadlines
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Ensure proper documentation, delivery, and site handovers
• Handle any site-related issues or variations professionally

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and/or project management in the Glass & Aluminium industry
• Strong understanding of aluminium and glass systems, fabrication, and installation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license (essential for site visits and client meetings)
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and site plans
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Own transportation

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Mentor junior staff and provide on-the-job training where needed
