Today.... No entry to Tshwane House... More delays .... So frustrating

City of Tshwane introduces online submissions of building plans and other related services. We hope this transition will be smoother as what we experienced (and still experience) with JHB online submissions.
Already experiencing problems, just to register and there is no guide on "how to"

We have it VERY easy. Making a mistake in AutoCAD is just delete the line and correct it. These draughtspersons had to workout what they want to draw in the smallest detail before drawing, a mistake will surely took very long to rectify. They probarberbly had a whole drawer full of erasers. (Author of the photo not known to me)

JHB online building plan submission/ approval system creates delays due to Technical problems. We had these issues long ago, tried escalating, trying to speak to some-one to give awnsers and this letter comes out only now. Our clients are not impressed with delays, which is only now being officialy confirmed by JHB.

This is how building plan approvals also get delayed, We try to keep our clients informed, BUT sometimes it sounds we are delaying, in the mean time this is whats happening.... even today in Mogale City, we were turned away due to protests and Building office personnel was sent home.... More delays
