This 12cm gift cake may be small, but it’s packed with detail 💕 From the handmade card stock toppers and glittery snowflakes to the beautiful purple ombré finish and perfectly matched sprinkle mix, every element was designed to bring a little Frozen magic to her special day.

May has officially been my BEST month since starting my baking journey again end of 2024 after taking an 8 year break 🎂✨

This Sonic themed cake was such a fun one to create with all the iconic details 🎂 From the gold rings and palm trees to the checkerboard design and fluffy clouds, it looked like Sonic jumped straight out of the game onto the cake 😍

And can we talk about those handcrafted fondant palm trees?! 🌴✨
