Job Summary: As an Electrical Coordinator at Basumi Projects, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our electrical projects by managing communication channels, assisting with pricing calculations, and ensuring smooth coordination among teams. This position requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails promptly, ensuring timely communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Radio Communication: Coordinate and maintain radio communication with field teams to ensure efficient deployment, troubleshooting, and resolution of electrical issues.
• Pricing Support: Assist in the calculation of pricing for electrical projects based on provided specifications and cost estimates.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project progress, materials, and communications.
• Team Support: Provide administrative support to the electrical team, including scheduling appointments and loading photos.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in electrical coordination, construction management, or a related role is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical information clearly and professionally.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities and the capability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Team Player: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.
